The story
A celebration composed
The Highland Garden Court trades glass for open sky: a walled garden of indigenous planting, raked stone paths and timber pergolas that frame Lake Hayk without enclosing it. Ceremonies are timed to the sunset axis; receptions move from lawn to a covered arcade when the evening cools at altitude. The court suits couples who want fragrance, breeze and the sound of the lake at the threshold of their vows. Capacity is intentionally smaller than the Grand Pavilion — the architecture insists on intimacy. Floral design draws from the estate orchards and highland botanicals; lighting is low and warm, with fire braziers on the stone terrace for the last hour. Events concierge coordinates weather contingencies: a transparent marquee can deploy along the arcade without losing the garden prospect, and guest room blocks are clustered in the lakeside wing for a single-evening village.
