1. About Logo Hayk Resort
Logo Hayk Resort ("Resort") is a hospitality property operating in Ethiopia. References to "you" and "your" mean the guest, customer, or user of this website.

- A reservation request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message and/or a reservation code.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. We may use these details to send confirmations, updates, and important information related to your stay.
- Rates, inclusions, and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the checkout page. Taxes and fees (if applicable) are included or displayed as indicated during booking. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during your stay (for example, incidental expenses) unless explicitly included in your booking.
4. Payments
- Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider (for example, Chapa). You agree to comply with the provider’s terms and to provide accurate payment information.
- We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may store transaction references and status information necessary to confirm your booking.
- A booking may be cancelled or marked unsuccessful if payment verification fails, is reversed, or is suspected to be fraudulent.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Cancellation and modification rules may vary by rate plan, season, package, or promotional offer. Where a specific policy is displayed during booking, that policy controls.
- If you need to modify or cancel, contact us as early as possible using the details on our Contact page.
- We do not process refunds online. If a refund is eligible and approved, you must request it in person at the Resort with valid identification and your payment reference/transaction details.
- No-shows, early departures, or late cancellations may be charged according to the applicable policy.

- Check-in and check-out times may be communicated in your confirmation or at reception.
- Guests may be required to present valid identification and, where applicable, proof of payment upon check-in.
- Special requests (late check-out, early check-in) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

- You are responsible for any damage to Resort property caused by you or members of your party, beyond normal wear.

Some amenities, experiences, transportation, excursions, or third-party services may be subject to separate terms, availability, waivers, and safety requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services that are not operated by the Resort.
